yeah. they have more money than the govt. money wins wars negro.
they'll troll them with environmental standards, dissect their vehicles, find fault, turn turn ppl against them with class action suits because ppl love money and suing businesses.
have a campaingn to use police to harass tesla drivers. niccas won't drive them things.

who knows what they'll come up with. the campaign against them will be successful and drive them out of business.

that sounds customary
but tesla is almost a cult and one of the best kind
just you wait until they start their ad campaigns
they are the next apple but for real, they have real innovation, real new products not just fancy graphics designs and marketing campaigns (but they will have that too)

you're NOT "n!ggas"

Can anyone explain to me how this is legal? this is fukking fukked up. Tesla will survive, however.

Direct car sales are apparently banned in 48 states, so some are saying that NJ was just "following the law" but fukk that, being 'legal' doesn't make it right. Tesla is falling victim to some convenient archaic bullshyt that preserves the status quo :rudy:

I can tell some of you know very little about this car. It's basically a computer with wheels. Upgrades and features are sent over the air. You can control you car with your phone. It's unlike anything else in the marketplace.

What this company is building will change how people buy cars. They are testing a new business model and the old establishment is fighting it. This is why progress and change is always slow in this country because the old establishment feels threatened and does whatever it has to in order to stay in power.

A car that doesn't operate on gas = death to gas stations.

Car is bad ass. Most people can't afford it and hopefully if the company makes it to where they make more affordable models, the rules will change.

Most? Damn near everybody lol. shyt damn near cost as much as a fully loaded new s class or a used Bentley. They are nice though even though the interior honestly isn't anything special at all. I mean for the price of it simple shyt like back seat cup holders and a front storage area shouldn't come optional.

Eh not for a hot minute but I agree. It still wouldn't happen in our lifetime unless the cars come down significantly and they build all different types not just the model s/x.

My only problem with the Tesla's are they are prone to explosions and catching on fire. if they can fix that defect 100% and lower the price theyd be more dangerous to car companies. they are shytting bullets now but once the technology gets perfected it's gonna be a crazy day.

Seems like everyone has a Telsa M. S. At least in my area. They are kind of played out. They are nice cars and really fast, but who wants to drive something that everyone else is driving. I literally see 100's of telsa's on my way to and from work. It's worse than the C-class or the 3-series. Those are the most played out cars now-- C-class, Tesla, and 3 series. Oh! and the FRS/BRZ-- that's another ubiquitous car. I don't see the point of having a nice 3 series BMW when fukking everyone has one. It defeats the purpose.

Auto dealers associations creating laws to ban direct sales is a joke. That's like CompUSA and Best Buy trying to get laws to prevent direct sales of Dell computers to customers.
It's private for-profit business that does not require the government to intervene. Basically, they are forcing buyers in a state to buy new cars from a middle man and not directly from the manufacturer. What if GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc. jump on board with direct sales? Decrease the price of cars to the public. Why pay a middle man thousands of dollars? The manufacturer would still get the same profit margin if they sold directly or through a dealership?

What are you talking about sir? Only 3 have caught fire I don't consider that prone to catching fire. Sounds like regurgitated info to me.

You must live in Cali because outside of there seeing them daily in most places is not common at all.

They cost way more than 50k even the cheapest no extras is more than 50k.

Sounds legit
Only in Cali and a few other places probably all on the west coast.
