What is the logic in this exactly? That Tesla will try to to take advantage of consumers through financing or am I missing something?

that's what I'm trying to ascertain but no one can give me an answer. why is direct sales of cars from the manufacturer banned in all 50 states?

again you answered a question I didn't ask. I certainly understand oil interests feeling threatened by Tesla but this wasn't a concern when they put these lawws into place in the Henry Ford days. Now why did they put them into place in the first place?
