I cant wait until some of yall get in a situation where you have a 300,000 house dropped down to 225k because of some neighbor just having fun out there. In the grand scheme of things yeah he's just making folks mad, but when you start to affect my property value then I have a problem. I say spray paint the hell out of the inside but lets say I try to sell my house and his harmless fun costs me 30% in terms of the value of my house.
