what does it matter if you respect them or not? you're not a homeowner so you're not a member of any of those associations any way.

I have to deal with them on a regular basis. I routinely flout their rules. Fvck them. If I'm not breaking any laws then leave me be. Fvck the arbitrary bullsh!t.

Oh, and I always make sure to litter all over properties that have their relevant association prominently displayed. ALWAYS. I'm not talking just a wrapper here or there. I throw out pizza boxes, entire meals, etc on lawns roads, sidewalks, etc. They pay people to pick up that sh!t. Might as well put em to work.

Oh, and I'll eventually own property. You can bet I'm going to throw ragers as often as possible. They better not let me get rich.

That shyt is downright atrocious. It's one thing if it was artistic, but it's garbage. I'd be pissed too. Just cuz you own a property, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with it. You can do whatever on the interior, but not the exterior. Some communities won't even let you paint your house before checking in with them.

dropping bombs, uprooting governments, putting in puppets in power all in the name of freedom across the world. Yet, some of the most basic things in this country are ran just like Nazi Germany.

I have lived all over the world and I was on when I needed permission here to do shyt in my own backyard. Yet other places, I could paint my house bright pink and it would be no issue. Guess in this country our definitions of freedom differs from what we claim we are fighting for.

There are many rules to home ownership that dont make sense. For example if you remove the concrete in your garage and replace it with floor, a neighbor can call the city on you and they will tell you to build another room if you want to do any kind of conversion.

Let's keep it real, if someone buys a house and they get in the position where they can no longer pay the mortgage, they deserve to be foreclosed on. Doesn't matter if it's an a$$hole or a sweet old lady behind the situation. It's unfortunate, but the bank doesn't owe them sympathy.

This is tacky on Chris Brown's behalf and a waste of money. Now he's going to have to pay fines for having shyt graffiti on the side of his home. Probably not a lot in the grand scheme but it's money nonetheless. Why no live in an artsy neighborhood where houses are "different" and allow things like that.
