A lot of fans from cold weather cities want domed stadiums now because people are not trying to be in the cold watching their team play. If I’m paying $100+ for seats, I better be warm enjoying it. The Browns ownership are pushing for a dome now since the current lease expires within the next few years.

So the city is gonna own the stadium? What are they making back from stadium revenue and how will that money be used? I'm interested to know the details of that.
Whenever a city puts taxpayer money towards a stadium, they should always get ownership and a cut related to at least the percentage they put in going forward.
