I have a few affiliations with the Primo Center as well. They kind of a mess though, need better oversight.

Cacs here know it too, for that reason, I have rarely experienced non-institutional racism my 6yrs here.

People would never believe me but I’ve never experienced any non-institutional racism here in my entire life and I’ve lived all over the city. Not from police or anything....and all the times I’ve gotten stopped I’ve been able to talk my way out of a ticket. Obviously, I never discount it and it can happen at any moment but I’ve never encountered it. Nah I wanted to find a pic of the orange electric cords they run across the streets to give lights to folks with their lights off. 1 house giving lights to 6-7 other houses on the block. You sound like a dude that has never stepped foot in Chicago a day in your whole life. However, instead of acknowledging that, you try to equate some shyt with some other shyt and you end up just sounding crazy.

Fwiw, a lot of people leave Chicago for the same reasons that they leave anywhere else. It doesn't have shyt to with diversity or any of that other dumb shyt that you wrote. Chicago isn't even all that crime ridden, which just exposes the fact that you don't know anything about Chicago except for what you heard on the news. Ain't nobody that has ever been in Chicago ever equated Chicago with no damn Detroit or Baltimore.
