On one level I see what your saying but on another level if we all had that attitude then the Coli wouldn't exist. Most of the stuff here is trivial, most conversations arent deep.

I wouldn't say this. I know you're trying to combat the interracial narrative, but most humans pair up out of necessity and convenience. The US still has many social and cultural taboos regarding racial integration in totality.

Also, in certain countries, the definition or threshold of black will vary and influence the stats.

Because we're the only group of western Blacks that aren't really "immigrants." The bulk of our ancestors were here before America was AMERICA.

We built the nation.

In Europe, the Blacks there can't say "my 9x great grandfather fought for King George III against France." They can't say "my 30th great-grandfather was rolling with William the Conqueror back in the day." Britain, France etc., already had a deep identity when Blacks arrived in larger numbers there.

America didn't exist until after we were forcefully brought here. We didn't just show up. We built it from the foundation. That gives us a separate yet still American identity.

Our oppression, as you mentioned, has nothing to do with marriage.

However, building wealth and economic freedom is one way to fight against said oppresions. And the easiest way of doing this is by building strong black family units.

Black folks in UK marry out a lot as well. You can create a whole new UK with the amount of mixes produced from Black people and others there. Where as the Asians there keep it within their respective culture and race.
