Don't get this rhetoric? That's why saying no Black coach should ever coach in teh SEC?I'm still surprised he was even hired there tbh
Boy, I'm a day late but I was coming to post this same shyt. They been wanted to fire him as soon as he was hired
2 championship appearance in 10 years while averaging 9 wins a season wasn't enough for Texas... and that's absolutely ridiculous...... LSU gon learn the hard way too if they don't nail this hire
So what is Texas suppose to do? Stay mediocre? People do not understand that Strong isn't on the hot seat for anything else but bad game management, bad x's and o's, bad coaching hires. There has been no improvement since the first season. He should have never brought back Beckford after the second year. He should have never brought in Watson period.yea, UT want to win like they're Alabama, but they're not.
How many black HC's in the SEC? Two? How many black HC's has Texas had? I thought Strong was the first one? I never said black coaches could never coach in the SEC, you just made something upDon't get this rhetoric? That's why saying no Black coach should ever coach in teh SEC?
I'm trying to understand why it's deemed impossible that people think that Black coaches couldn't coach at schools like the University of Texas in this day in age. This isn't 1960. It was just a matter of time anyway. How many black HC's in the SEC? Two? How many black HC's has Texas had? I thought Strong was the first one? Nobody said it was impossible, but don't act ignorant like you don't know there's going on behind the scenes with boostersI'm trying to understand why it's deemed impossible that people think that Black coaches couldn't coach at schools like the University of Texas in this day in age. That's pretty much every big school, is it not though?Nobody said it was impossible, but don't act ignorant like you don't know there's going on behind the scenes with boosters

Usually fans puts out a list of blue blood schools and Texas is one of them. Most other fans of other schools would put Texas in that class as well.Well, let me put it to you like this,.... I'm certain OSU has more recognized titles than Texas... and it doesn't have to be OSU.... They're not USC or Notre Dame pedigree, and they pretend like they are.... that is all.... They're a notch below that like the overwhelming majority of other schools....
Ok. I don't 100% agree but ok.Yep, and Texas is probably top 3 at least on that list.
