watched this yesterday hoping it would be entertainingly bad.
easily the worst movie ive ever seen in my life and ive seen some dogshyt movies. but not really that entertaining. in addition to the abomination of the cgi, just the basic filmmaking was bad. the camera was so fukking shaky, how you gonna use handheld cam when the whole movie is cgi greenscreen? its a musical not the bourne supremacy
i genuinely think the movie would be better if they did the lion king style cgi and had photorealistic cats instead of these awful cat people

the room is really entertaining and funny though. this movies a choreThey can quickly cash in and get in on this joke if they just post these reviews with new commercials for the film. You can sell and repurpose this as the new age "The Room" that everyone can get in on at the floor level come its theatrical release day.
They're going to be memed into oblivion...they might as well be the ones to cash in on it

nah my friend was on edibles when i saw it and he thought it was a little entertaining but still horrible

I went with my girl too watch knives out and this shyt was on the trailers and she turned to me and said I want to watch this.

The fact the cgi wasn't finished is more proof that universal has no fukking clue what it's doing, they should have dumped this in February or Netflix instead of going up against star wars, frozen 2 and Jumanji.
It's not like the actor's gave bad performances other than maybe Wilson & Corben, there just isn't a good story to be told.
None of these musicals make that much money, Phantom of the opera only made 150 million worldwide all up and les mis under 500 million worldwide.
They are in the place they are meant to be and not in the cinema.

I’m going to see it on Christmas before I hit the rounds with friends and family.
I just want to see what they did. You have a talented cast, but they were clearly given terrible artistic direction, because the material is amazing, and could have worked if done properly.
