Yes you are right it's definitely weird. Maybe Disney/Marvel did some deals with physical retailers first for the physical copy. If you checked my Marvel's site you can preorder it at target.

Captain America 1 and 2 did the same thing; they hinted at him having a love interest but don't dwell on it that much. Even though it seems they are setting him up to maybe have love interest for Cap 3.

without spoiling it from the comics, i can tell you that is will be a very different love story in Cap 3

I would recommend that you do watched the first one first because that movie is straight origin movie and will make you appreciate the characters more that are in The Winter Soldier.
