Banner ran away again after what he did in Africa. He still fought Ultron but once he beat the fukk out of Ultron he bounced in the plane Ultron stole... So he's in some remote area chillin (maybe Monster island?)
Thor bounced to go to Asgard... Loki is still imitating his father (from Thor 2) and plus the infinity stones appearing so close to each other got him spooked... Spooked enough to try and find out whose pulling their strings (Thanos).

Yeah early screenings and overall public relations along with Marvel's trade marketing efforts with other third party interests are excellent. They letting theater owners see it early to so they can get excited and make more theaters available and for longer times. Marvel/Disney is a machine over here.
