I feel like this is just some messageboard shyt. People arguing for inferior fights only because it benefits a fighter they like. What other sport do you see dumb shyt like that? No one here was anticipating or looking forward to this fight, it's pointless and brings absolutely nothing to the sport or Canelos legacy. Why he would pick a fight like this is obvious. BJS is also a disgrace imo. Sorry for the strong words but this guy knows damn well that he is not the best in the weight class, he openly said more time that Golovkin is better than him, and he has no intention to fight him but still walking around calling himself a champion.
Like what kind of mentality is that from a supposed elite athlete? Idgaf that "he's just honest" I don't want to hear from any world champions that they are not the best cause that means they know that they hold a belt they don't really deserve but they still keep it like it would mater anything after they admitted they are not even the best.
Like how you can walk around in the world being a defeatist, admitting that another man would bet you but still calling yourself a champion and acting like the guy you admitted that he would beat you wouldn't exist as an option.
That's like one of the belts would missing from the weight class.

Sorry for going off but I really don't like athletes but especially world champions with that mentality. Like he suppose to make his fans believe or when the day comes even prove i the ring that he is the best not admitting that he would lose.
