How many new stars in rap aren’t street rappers?
Tyler, Chance, Cole, to name a few. But I agree, most have that element present in their music in some shape or form. Even Drake, who grew up in North York where I live, checks that box as often as possible

Tyler and Cole are old and I wouldn’t call Chance a star.

I'd argue that there aren't any new stars in Hip-Hop right now. Good rappers/artists sure, but stars? Nah. They don't fit any other requirement besides being able to rhyme.
