You're either joking or an idiot.

You can't possibly be in Year 18 of the LeBron era and still think Game 1 is relevant to how any LeBron stan would think about a series.

Blazers last year? Rockets last year? Pacers and Celtics the postseason before that? Literally every Finals he won until last year? Literally every time he ever faces the Bulls and half the time he faced the Pacers?

Pretty much since he got confidence from his first ring he's used Game 1 as a pacing, feel-it-out game. I don't think most Bron stans have a lot of hope for this year but that's because of Bron's shytty health, AD's terrible play, and the way the roster composition doesn't seem to be working at all. Game 1 is irrelevant to that. If Bron can get healthy then you're not going to see stans worrying until it gets to 3-0 or 3-1. If Bron can't get healthy then you'll see them stay worried even if this series turns into a back-end sweep.

This isn't the same AD and Bron or even the same Lakers team as earlier in the season, yet you still have people making the assumption that they are going to automatically put it altogether.

If anything, it was a feel out game for CP3 in seeing how he can manage the shoulder injury going forward.
