Yeah all over the place like i said. You had to damn there be a software developer to play online games back then. Which is why online gaming didn’t explode in popularity till 360.Act like GameSpy, MPlayer, Kali, and Heat didn't exist, brehs.
I was there. I had the lan parties. I did that janky shyt with Halo to force online play through some home brew programs and fukkery.
PS360 made all of that just work. From chat, to matchmaking, DLC, and everything else we know and love about gaming online. It all happened with PS360.
Yes and no. Word to @Rekkapryde and other sony stan’s on here microsoft gets the blame/credit for making DLC a thing. I didn’t make it up. That’s peoples perspective.Act like DLC wasn't just what used to be mods and expansions, rebranded.
I didn’t say this. And that’s y’all problem. You got it, breh. Microsoft created modern gaming as we know it, and definitely weren't iterating on previous concepts. Y'all brehs in here wild with the console stannery.
You just have this weird crusade to attack anything that might paint microsoft in a positive light.
Microsoft getting any credit for anything literally makes you dudes uncomfortable. It’s really crazy to witness.
Like microsoft really fukked y’all over or something.
