I don't count as much any more unless I'm changing around macros to see how my body reacts
For me, it's mostly:
- one meal a day with real foods on low carb macros
- Intermittent fasting
When I have my first and only meal window (2 hours), that's it
Nothing but water (1 to 1.5 gallons)
I count 6 hours after my last bite to consider my fast as started and set my timer (Vora app) between 18 and 24 hours for my next meal
