Couple months here/there on a humble. Nothing more than county. Enough to learn me not to do it anymore.You got locked up as well? This is where I learned this exercise. And yea I seen some out of shape guys in the joint who were serious when it came to fighting out of shape and all.

Question since I have to run a 2 times per week fullbody workout since I have to manage working close to 30 hrs and eventually starting to go to school full time starting next spring.
Would I be better off doing weighted dips then flat bench. My 2 horizontal pushes would be incline bench and either weighted dips or flat bench.
