Not yet, but I try to make all my exercises close(d) kinetic chain as well. If i wasn't a boxer when I got clinked up, I would have suffered for sure. Those dudes in jail who eat bread and shytty meat all day will fukk you up without being able to do a 12" box jump

You got locked up as well? This is where I learned this exercise. And yea I seen some out of shape guys in the joint who were serious when it came to fighting out of shape and all.

You got locked up as well? This is where I learned this exercise. And yea I seen some out of shape guys in the joint who were serious when it came to fighting out of shape and all.
Couple months here/there on a humble. Nothing more than county. Enough to learn me not to do it anymore.

Question since I have to run a 2 times per week fullbody workout since I have to manage working close to 30 hrs and eventually starting to go to school full time starting next spring.

Would I be better off doing weighted dips then flat bench. My 2 horizontal pushes would be incline bench and either weighted dips or flat bench.

Well I usually do dips after benching just so I don't exert any energy that I could use for benching,but no that's fine if you wanna do it that way

@Originalgangsta317 say broski, (1.) im tryna do those exercises thats gone have me with great punchin power, besides these could u recommend me sum? & also, i temporarily cant do pushups at tha moment, i was play fightin wit my sister bf & i went 2 kic & i had on socs & he grabbed my foot,

pulled me in & i slipped & my palm slapped tha kitchen floor hella hard now it be hurtin even when im dryin it ona towel. (2.) What should i audible tha pushups wit?
