@Originalgangsta317 say broski, (1.) im tryna do those exercises thats gone have me with great punchin power, besides these could u recommend me sum? & also, i temporarily cant do pushups at tha moment, i was play fightin wit my sister bf & i went 2 kic & i had on socs & he grabbed my foot,

pulled me in & i slipped & my palm slapped tha kitchen floor hella hard now it be hurtin even when im dryin it ona towel. (2.) What should i audible tha pushups wit?

Great punching power comes from a strong base(Legs),back and shoulders, so do exercises for those body parts,such as squats,barbell rows,shoulder presses,etc.

And I would recommend you just rest bro, you young your body will bounce back quickly,or go super light with whatever exercise you do.

i need to get my back to my basics. yo OG you think its a good a idea to do heavy weight exercises for one week and switch to body weight exercises the following week (500 high elevated push ups a day, 300 dips a day, 200 pulls up a day, 100+ crunches a day)

would that make me stronger if I mix it up with weights and body weights?

Yo God, peace. Im 234, standing at 6' 2". I wanna drop down to 200...

I injured my back last december to this day its fukked. Im back lifting weights but wanna move away from weights.

I wanna get lean but i cant do pullups to save my life lol.

How many days straight can i do calesthenics without resting? Also should i add boxing/cardio regiment to go along with body exercises.

You gotta practice pullups if you can't do them,you will get them sooner than later.

It's up to what your body tells you,some people can do them everyday,some people 3 times a week,depends on your body,but the better shape you get in,the more you will be able to workout.

I do a mixture of both(Weights and Calisthenics) but I'm slowly moving from the weights.

The bodyweight exercises if done right will give you all the cardio needed,adding in boxing or running will just be extra

Starting this routine today. Appreciate feedback.
