Great punching power comes from a strong base(Legs),back and shoulders, so do exercises for those body parts,such as squats,barbell rows,shoulder presses,etc.
And I would recommend you just rest bro, you young your body will bounce back quickly,or go super light with whatever exercise you do.
Jus got done doin this workout i shulda waited 30 mins after i ate
What all you do breh?
20 barbell squats for tha 1st rep, 12 for tha 2nd, 15 for tha last 2
I did between 12-13 dumbbell lunges for 4 sets
Then i did 15 dumbbell rows 4 times
& 10 shoulder presses 4 times
Make sure you try to go up in weight as well breh, make sure you getting stronger.
I only had 75lbs but i guess i should try 2 go up 10lbs every week??
Yup but always make sure you can get at least 4 reps,if you can't lower the weight until you can.
I do this workout and change it up when I get bored of it. It's simple, hits almost every target area, and you don't have to use equipment. I'm trying to gain but I don't want to be incredibly bulky. I slack on and off but I do what I can.
