First of all :heh:

secondly i only asked cause i dont like to stop especially walking round with a pen at the gym (pause)

and C my nikka i found a app where i just put in the exercise and every time i do ten reps i can just hit the plus sign and it adds ten more, thanks for the feedback tho

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
Been watching this guy ever since this thread popped up. His starting point is pretty much mine, muscle wise. I'm taller than him tho.

He got here in a year

His 4 month results are good too. Imma stick to this :youngsabo:



I'ma check this out cause that's about my starting point as well.

My question in all of this is how y'all legs looking ?

Glute ham raises, bulgarian split squats, and pistol squats but pistols take some serious practice. High rep bodyweight squats are no joke tho. 250 of anything will get your body's attention :heh:

It wasn't an opinion, it was a question.

Aesthetically, will/has this kind of workout grow your legs/calfs ? Obviously your upper body does grow, but no body wants to be top-heavy like Johnny Bravo

Naw your lower body will grow and get stronger,if you do the workouts right far as increasing volume and sticking to the 30 minute time limit.

In the joint my calves went from 14 inches to 17 inches in a year.

My squat was 115 to 275 in a year.

All off calisthenics.
