That's how it was in the joint breh, nikkas lifting 405 but couldn't do a pullup and would die if they ran half a mile :russ:

Like what's the point?:yeshrug:

I rather be strong all around the board, and have long wind, instead of just being big and strong with no functional strength and no lungs.

That's why in the joint alot of guys just do Calisthenics and lift just to show how valuable calisthenics is.

As I said when I first got to the joint I couldn't bench 135 after a year of this workout straight I was hitting 225 like it wasn't shyt:wow:

I still lift weights but I'm slowly starting to get back to doing just straight calisthenics
I remember when I went to A school this nikka got kicked out for not being able to run a mile and a half in like 13 minutes :wow: nikka was huge brolic fukker but had the lungs of a baby :wow:

...Grab the stop watch and set it at 30mins and start it

I started off trying to complete 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pullups within 30 mins or less, and everytime it got easier I added 2 reps to the pullups,5 reps to the dips, and 10 reps to the pushups and body squats. The best I ever got up to was 180 pullups,400 dips,450 pushups and 300 body squats in 30 mins, and knocked out 1,000 pushups every saturday in 45 mins.
Easy? 100 pull ups? It might take me the full 30 minutes just for that, IF I could complete them. I doubt it. The rest of this might be doable.

I run and do calisthenics exclusively. Pull ups are by far my weak link. I've added more negatives per set in hopes of gettin' my reps up faster than I have been. We'll see.

Your thread has me thinkin' maybe I should mix it up more. I've been aimin' to build more muscle than endurance, so I do exercises I can only get 6-12 reps out of.

Lower the amount then breh until you are able to fully do the workout,as I said I don't expect everyone to jump out and be advanced at this as it takes some time to get there, but I also don't want anyone shorting themselves, because you won't be getting anything out of it in the long run.

Just count it breh or write it down.

10 sets, and set the reps to as many as you can get done.

30 minute running clock

When the 30 minutes is up,that's the end of the workout

Yea the whole point of the workout is to try to take as little breaks as possible, that's the only way you are going to get stronger and in better shape and that's by pushing yourself.

Yea And I do the workout like this:

15 pullups
30 dips
15 pullups
30 dips

And I continue doing dips and pullups until I have reached my 10 sets/150 pullups(100 in your case) and 300 dips(200 in your case)

Then I do 300 Pushups in sets like these:
33,34,33
33,34,33
25,25,25,25

You are only to do 200 pushups until you move up and the sets will be like:
33,34,33
33,34,33

Or however you wanna do em.

Just gotta make sure you beating that 30 minute clock and if you don't drop a few more reps and gradually work your way up.

Thanks! that's what I needed, some sort of structure to it, I was just doing 10 reps of just whatever and id end up losing count. I basically was on some just go hard for 30 minutes type shyt. I just wanted a way to track it so I can brag in the thread
