This question was probably answered, but I don't see it in the OP.

Do you do this Monday-Friday or just 3 days a week?

In prison Mon- Sat

Now I only do it 3 days a week while lifting weights the other days
Good looking out. I think I'm about to switch to this. Monday I pulled something around my right hip doing heavy squats, not too bad but don't want to aggravate it so this might be a perfect time to switch over to this and slowly start moving away from weight training.

Have you ever tried convict conditioning program? What's your opinion if you have

Yea do this and tell us what you think.

And yea I tried the convict conditioning when I got out of prison but I had already felt like what I was doing in there was actually better than the convict conditioning so I stuck with my version of convict conditioning lol

But I will say it's solid for people who wanna do calisthenic work, only thing is with no time limit or no real goal calisthenics get boring fast

same routine everyday? you didn't have any issues with recovery?

Yea breh, sounds crazy, but in prison your mindset is 10x different than out here.

And no I recovered well,of course I had days where I couldn't complete the exercise, but I still managed.

But you had some guys who would do this exercise in the morning AND go lift weights at night 6-7 days a week, mentality in there for most cats is kill or be killed.

Gave it a try today, my results, i either did sets of 5 or 10

92 dips ( seemed to be the easiest)
70 pushups
70 Chinups ( i didnt want to give up so i used the assisted machine :mjcry:)

80 Squats
120 crunches

Going back tomorrow

side note: is it me or is it easier to workout to a album that you pretty much know every word to almost every song? I was bumping that Hell On Earth from Mobb Deep... that 30 minutes flew
