My 3rd to last time i did it
Pull ups: 108
Dips: 155
Push ups:136
Bodysquats:60

Idk my 2nd to last time unless that 3rd to last was my 2nd

My last time i did it 107 pull ups
150 dips
83 push ups
30 body squats

Well long as you get some work in that's all that matters, I didn't beat my score each time either breh when I first started out,but long as you aim high and keep at it you good money

there is actually a german app based on the same principe called freeletics FREELETICS ⬢ High Intensity Workouts & Training Plans but i think the english version is still in development. it allows you to track your progress and compete with others, they also have an additional nutrition guide. personally, i didn't want to spend the money, so i use one called madbarz that has less features but is free. haven't set foot in a gym since i started doing body weight exercises.

But I don't knock weights at all,because I lift,but I'm trying to encourage/show guys that you don't need weights to get big,strong and in shape

This calisthenic workout is giving you strength,size and endurance all in one:wow:
