Prison is very regimented which lends itself to regular sleep patterns. That may contribute but I've never been so idk ask OP

Yup,depends on what level facility you are at,but yea basically you will go to bed every night at the same time and get woken up at the same time everyday

I put this on for 30 minutes and zoned out

was able to do 150 squats, 100 pullups, 150 dips (tricep dips :patrice: ) and burnt out at like 150 pushups

this shyt is tough

I'm gonna try this tomorrow.

The plan
15 minute jog to gym
15 minute stretch
30 minutes of this routine
30 minutes or 200 jumpshots, whichever comes first
15 minute stretch
15 minute jog home

That's 2 hours home and back. It may have been asked before but what are your rest periods like @Originalgangsta317 during those 30 minutes?

Thats a solid plan as well breh.

And during that 30 minute workout rest periods are very short, prolly anywhere from 5-10 seconds,10 seconds being the absolute max,the less you rest, the more in shape you become.

Ive done alot of research on calisthenics. And it it the the best way to develop real power (not strength) and speed lb for lb, nothing and i mean nothing will do what calisthenics does besides isometrics. The focus of using your own body and nothing else creates a strong mental/physical connection. Drop the weighted vests guys if any of you are using them.

Big secret: wanna be bruce lee powerful and fast, add isometric exercises!!!

I can't get with isometric. shyts always seem silly to me. I can't explain it. Like I've tried clasping my hands and pulling apart as far as I can and holding it. I'll start off like :birdman: and after 30 secs I'm like :mjlol: and I stop. I can't take them seriously enough.
