33 push ups 15 body squats

Maybe coulda gotten more pull ups them shyts b gettin difficult round 40 tho

You making sure yo time limit is 30 mins still?

Regardless that's good shyt tho breh.

And I think most guys just don't enjoy calisthenics,because they get boring,but if they did them with a time limit,it would be alot more challenging

No problem breh.

And yea I do the weights Monday-Thursday

And Calisthenics Friday and Saturday

For now

Looking to slowly do this calisthenics workout for 6 months with no weights,then go back to the weights and see how much stronger I've gotten
