I was able 2 complete 63 pull ups b4 i couldnt lift myself up nemore, 150 dips 1hunnid sumn push ups & 60 sumn body squats cuz i forgot about those.
Nice challenge, ima keep it up & see what my results is. Im tryna end up wit this physique minus tha gut

How do you do the workout?

Do you complete your set of pullups then dips first, then go to Pushups?

Or let me know how you do it

And yo body can look wayyyyyy better than dawgs in the video breh

I did my pullups & dips 1st, 10 pull ups, 10-12 dips, then i did push ups & body squats.

Cuz used 2 b skinner then me in his old videos now he where he at, i saw tha progress, makes me believe i can make it

O ok yea this how I do it breh.

I did 14 reps of pullups and 25 reps of dips for 10 sets each.

Then I knocked out the Pushups in sets of:

33,34,33
33,34,33
25,25

Make it as easy as possible breh lol

And stick with this workout you will surpass dude in the video in a few months
