As long as you are doing this the right way,with no breaks and when it becomes easy you add more reps to the 30 minute time limit you will for sure become stronger.
And yes this will put some serious size on ya biceps and triceps.

I was able 2 complete 63 pull ups b4 i couldnt lift myself up nemore, 150 dips 1hunnid sumn push ups & 60 sumn body squats cuz i forgot about those.

I did my pullups & dips 1st, 10 pull ups, 10-12 dips, then i did push ups & body squats.
Cuz used 2 b skinner then me in his old videos now he where he at, i saw tha progress, makes me believe i can make it
