Maybe on & off since i was 16 or 17
I was only able 2 max out at 180
I was workin on movin past that b4 i started doin this
I planned on bein able 2 lift 200 next year
Im only 130lbs tho

That's good breh,but if you keep doing that calisthenic workout breh,you a go back into the weight room lifting all kinds of shyt trust me breh,I seen plenty nikkas in prison not touch a weight,do all calisthenic and somebody challenge them on the weights and they lift all kinds of shyt

So I kinda of pride myself on personal strength. I can do 30 pullups or so fresh so I thought this shyt would be cake. mannnnn :damn:

I put this on for 30 minutes and zoned out

was able to do 150 squats, 100 pullups, 150 dips (tricep dips :patrice: ) and burnt out at like 150 pushups

this shyt is tough

yeah afterward I just looked the weights like :mjlol: and went and got my ass a gyro. You are winded to hell after this. I'm pretty sure you burn at least like 150-200 calories easy.

When I was in prison the only guys who were super shredded were cats who was doing crazy calisthenic work like this.

Most guys who lift in prison have guts,very very few exceptions

the way my calisthenics are set up is deceptively brutal. I only got through 3 rounds of this today:

Neck bridge: 25, knuckle pushups: 25, squats: 25 , inverted row (gymnastics rings): 25...you go from one exercise to the next no break until you cover at least 4 rounds, ideally 8 rounds.

I felt :flabbynsick: but looked in the mirror and the pump had me lookin like an HGH head :whew:
