O ok yea this how I do it breh.

I did 14 reps of pullups and 25 reps of dips for 10 sets each.

Then I knocked out the Pushups in sets of:

33,34,33
33,34,33
25,25

Make it as easy as possible breh lol

And stick with this workout you will surpass dude in the video in a few months

But im only maybe 134lbs
& i cant eat everythang.

When I first got to the joint,I was about 145 pounds,I couldn't bench 135,so I was pretty weak.

My first year locked up I did straight calisthenics

Here was my routine:

Grab the stop watch and set it at 30mins and start it

I started of trying to complete 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pullups within 30 mins or less,and everytime it goe easier I added 2 reps to the pullups,5 reps to the dips,and 10 reps to the pushups and body squats. The best I ever got up to was 180 pullups,400 dips,450 pushups and 300 body squats in 30 mins,and knocked out 1,000 pushups every saturday in 45 mins.

The pushups and dips were done together,take a 5 min break,then the pushups and bodysquats were done together,and the 1,000 pushups saturdays were done alone.

For a year straight I did this with NO WEIGHTS and it cut me up something serious and gave me long wind,I was strong and in great shape,the first time I went back to the bench press I hit 135 like it was nothing,hit 225 easily and got a one rep of 300 pounds.

My squat,was about 275 ATG and 310 in the bucket(Prison slang for squating and making your butt touch the flat bench or a chair.)

But after I picked up the weights,I no longer did this crazy routine anymore,as I loved the weights.

But I just started this back up and started back from scratch and got 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pushups in 20 mins breh's.

They got a new vid up where the same powerlifter bodies a bodybuilder - end of the vid the calisthenics breh shows up again asking for a rematch cause he had a shoulder injury the first time up :leon:

Just finished watching it,that powerlifter is a strong ca no doubtt,but I still think the competition plays into his favor far as when he matches up against the calisthenic dude

yeah ive opened my mind to it abit more the longer ive been going at it

especially with the fact gyms have been hit or miss for me out here with what they are offering
what do you mean, but what they're offering?
I just can't find the time to go without running to traffic / coming at the wrong time and having to spend 20 / 30 minutes waiting for a parking spot.

what do you mean, but what they're offering?
I just can't find the time to go without running to traffic / coming at the wrong time and having to spend 20 / 30 minutes waiting for a parking spot.
most of the gyms out here have a planet fitness like vibe now with like 1 power rack and limited benches

it was frustrating for the longest having to always work in sets with other people all time time

right now im just working with my apartment gym, dbs only go up to 50lbs but i have my weight vest and dip/pullup bar...so ive been working around it

When I first got out of prison,I worked out there because it was cheap and I knew nothing about it,left after a month:mjlol:
