Certainly seems bad this year. However, aftr thinking about it its fine since Keenan Allen might be washed.

Whats egregious is the lack of running game. That should be making life easier for Caleb so he can do play action, etc.
They should have addressed the line through free agency or trading picks, because they need veterans that have a history of actually blocking somebody somewhere at some point in their lives. With that being said #65 needs to be fired immediately, because he has been rag dolled for 2 straight weeks, so that guy is not going to get better. #58 needs to be given a strong written warning and put on a PIP.

Virginia sucks (biggest issue and why they’ve been bad for 40 years)
Poles may suck?
Flus sucks
Shane sucks
O-line sucks
No run game/pass protection

None of it matter until Virginia is dead and this team gets taken away from this decrepit loser family.

virginia isn't involved in any of the team operations and she never has been. now her fukk-up kids is another story. all the mccaskey's have been :trash: over the decades.

another issue that OLineman are a premium and other teams aren't just trading their good starters. unless you outright let them fleece you.

So we're stuck. hopefully these are the best dlines we see for a minute and team can get some confidence against the other bum teams we play soon.

Seriously though after watching this offensive line in this first two weeks do you really think that there are not guys on the waiver wire that are better than a few of those Bears linemen? No matter how we slice it and dice it that #65 is hot garbage. Dude is the center and he has been getting blown into the backfield on play after play this first two weeks. It is hard to believe that he is even in the NFL much less a starter in the NFL. Number 76 was trying to help number 65 block a guy last night, but he (#76) allowed a linebacker to run right by him through his gap assignment and that linebacker ended up hitting the quarterback. Even though #76 was trying to help number 65, he can't abandon his assignment to help that guy at the expense of his own work. Anyway #65's sorry needs to go. That will fix a lot of issues right there.

Williams will not make it through the year with that line.

If we could run just a lil bit this would alleviate some issues. IDK why waldron is not using herbert considering at the least he goes north and south swift dances too much and falls over immediately its very annoying .

My thoughts on Williams hasn't changed much if the pocket movement stuff works than he'll be great if not than your just kind of left with a smaller quarterback that isn't really amazing in that many areas. The issue right now is that there is a baseline level of pressure that is being allowed that completely nullifies his super power. Not sure what they can do to mitigate this at the moment. We'll see. Ultimately you just hope the shyt doesn't get bad enough to build scar tissue after this season when they start investing up front.

EVEN IF CALEB HAS TO PLAY LIKE A SUPED UP BAGENT
IT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO WIN
GAMES WITH THIS DEFENSE.

LAST NIGHT WAS A VERY WINNABLE GM
ON THE ROAD VS A PLAYOFF TEAM
EVEN WITH ALL THE PRE SNAP PENALTIES
AND OLINE fukkERY.

Caleb hasn't been accurate on these type of plays when they've happened either.

Honestly, the way the offense is looking is the absolute worst case scenario for the direction the picked by retaining Flus and hiring a new OC.

HE DEFINITELY HAS HAD
CHANCES TO COMPLETE BIG
PLAYS AND MADE BAD THROWS.
