Real queston is maybe they should have hired Kliff

Poles feared if the offense did good with Kliff then he'd be pressured into making him the next HC. Current OC isnt/wouldnt get sought after for HC coaching jobs.

next three games should realistically be won just off of the defense so he won't have to try to match another Stroud or some shyt.

Waldron top priority should be getting him comfortable and avoiding all these crazy ass hits and pressures, if that means rollouts and checkdowns all game so be it but you can't have this dude seeing ghosts already

ALSO....

INSTEAD OF COMING TO THE
SIDELINES TALKING TO KEENAN ALLEN
AFTER EVERY POSSESSION
MAYBE YOU SHOULD TALK
TO THE RECEIVERS WHO ARE ACTUALLY PLAYING

That did look weird. DJ sitting right next to Caleb and Allen talking about the game with a straight face like he's already over the offense as a whole.

What about the Saints OC? They interviewed him also and the Saints probably lead the league in scoring through these first 2 games right?

Chicago, The 100's
how the hell is swift gonna do anything with defenders constantly in the backfield?

When he got lanes he get tackled by the first defender

He ass same shyt Philly fans was complaining about. He should be used as a receiving back he ain't built for Chicago

The fact that Flus, Poles and Waldron all have the same agent never sat right with me but whatever.

They need to move Teven back to right guard and let Matt Pryor start at left
That is cool and all, but the biggest bum on the line is the center.

They made him the highest paid bear ever, he need to stop being a diva he not getting a million targets when the Oline is on some saboteur shyt

If he pouting he need to stop and be a team leader and offer some constructive criticism at the least.

Caleb's arm talent and accuracy has to be top tier. That's what sold Poles and a lot of the fanbase. Kid is supposed to be throwing dots from the move and in the pocket. We've seen him extend plays from the pocket and then throw a bad ball. I think the misses he had in Game 1 were worse than last night. But a lot of the mishaps in Houston seemed to be Caleb and the WRs just not being on the same page at all.

The last throw of the game to Rome where he's still streaking up the field and breh threw a ball that he needed to comeback to toward the sideline...

I'm watching it like

Something is clearly off. Schematically this offense looks like some shyt. Rome has what? 9 targets in 2 games?

TF you select him that high if you're not going to feature him? With the moves they made this offseason, ironically, Justin's as a running threat is the only thing that would salvage this offense.

This feels like when Fields was trying to be a pocket passer at the start of last season and the beginning of the year before that with Getsy. Now you have a different QB who can run, but isn't built like Fields who you already can't protect in the pass game, so it's a mess.

Damn. Yea he would have been a great hire. Lots of motion, creative ways to get the running game going and shot plays off play action.

Idk why people forget that Mahomes sat almost his entire rookie year so Reid could clean him up mechanically.

Its like one of the guys on TV said that the Bears are trying to have their cake and eat it too. You could have kept Fields or brought in another vet and let Caleb earn it/not feel pressure day 1. Texans OC is far better at getting guys in space though.

Ironically, they just wanted him to come in ready like CJ Stroud.

People have seen him make all these comic book throws so its possible just for whatever reason he is super off right now.

Caleb right now has a confidence issue. Which is the last thing you wanted him to deal with. Right now he needs some success to keep him mentally together. They gotta figure otut out a way to manufacture him some TDs.
