Poles should 100% be fired soon as the season ends.

His vision has failed and any competent team would line up the gm and coach if the current one is ass

He should be off the strength of him envisioning himself and Eberflus lifting the trophy.

I cannot fathom the infatuation of Eberflus by Poles. Its seriously worth a deep dive into that cronyism. Even gave Flus like 4 different coordinators in an attempt to prevent Flus from being fired.

Blaming an individual player is cope. It means “we’re just a couple pieces away” again instead of “everything about this team is rotten from the top down and it will never change until ownership does” which is a much harder pill to swallow.

Please stop deluding yourself that Caleb is a problem. The Bears are the problem and always have been. Caleb would be great elsewhere and Daniels/Nix would be so much worse than he’s been.

Brozay you're a good poster Breh but come on kliff had Kyler looking like a rising superstar his rookie year kliff isn't a bad offensive coach Jayden is looking great but to say Jayden is making kliff look good is crazy look at Sam darnold he's with a great offense mind,decent oline and is legit a top 10 QB this season I am not saying Caleb is perfect and there is some things to be concerned about but I think a lot of you guys under rated coaching and offensive line I don't see any rookie QB being successful here the coaching,oline and culture is awful the bears need a total reset that's why Ryan poles gotta go

I disagree with this. Kliff isn’t elevating Daniels. Daniels has shown he’s a special player. He’s also not 5’10” like Kyler either. You can see from watching games that Daniels isn’t merely a product of a good scheme. He is extremely accurate, plus he’s an athlete.

Would he look the same in Chicago? Maybe not, but with those weapons, I don’t see them winning only 4 games. They possibly would’ve exceeded the 7 wins from last year to he honest.

That’s still one more good win than the Bears had this season. Also, you watched every game last year I’m sure. You know we should’ve had at least three more wins that were lost directly due to coaching (Denver, Detroit and Cleveland). I can say the same for this year as well. Last year we should’ve gone 10-7 and this year we could’ve potentially had 7-8 wins going into this last week.
