This makes sense, I posted earlier that it was reported when Flus was hired that Bill Polian had a list of coaches Poles had to pick from.

Personally, my take is that Poles got hired, sent the list, Eberflus is nearly immediately hired due to the bromance. Between retaining Flus in the offseason against his underling and superior's wishes, to hiring strictly from Armstrong's client list, today's demeanor from Poles makes a lot of sense.

Poles being devoid of the usual energy makes me Warren pulled a "you smoke crack don't you" during the meeting to fire Flus.

Rome Odunze is a really good WR. He's just suffering because Caleb Williams is letting him down with bad throws.

A lot of the bears points last season came from a short field due to the defense leading the lead in takeaways and Caleb rookie season is better than any 3 seasons Justin had and he's just a better pure QB than Justin no one can deny that
