Im sure this has nothing to do with having a competent OC the whole year and being 3rd in rushing. IDK if you can make this a 1 to 1 comparison

I didnt think the press conference was particularly good today but it doesnt really matter, what do we expect them to really say today
they just need to nail this hire, plain and simple. Whoever comes in is gonna have to be ready to accept playoff expectations, which leads me to believe they will land someone with HC experience. I assume Poles will through his resources at OL/DL this offseason. They prob need to sign something for the DL to complement Sweat/Dexter. Then pour the high end draft capital (Bears 1st, Panthers 2nd, Bears 2nd) into OL

probably would be easier to get a Oline in FA tbh.
I don’t think good OL go to FA as much as good DL help
our 1st should 100% be OL unless it’s some obvious can’t miss DL that falls and is no brainer
this is really good stuff from a guy who was very much unexpectedly thrusted to be leading a football team. I can see why the players pushed for him. Sounds like he’s bringing the right approach and already has respect of the players
