I get why he changed the play, and if his feelings were correct I get why he wouldn't call the timeout.

The big ire for me looking back with future info is seeing Flus in real-time trying to rush the same sack play, and holding to that idea as the clock ticked down and still holding on to it in the post games as the correct path. Best thing I can use is the missing the forest for the trees idiom. Nobody else on staff apparently was making the call for the TO, either.

But it all resets if someone calls a TO. How do so many people miss this opportunity? Genuine question for that coaching staff.

Poles' response regarding relieving Flus seemed a little too bittersweet to me. This reinforces my conspiracy over their friendship and agent link.

This makes sense, I posted earlier that it was reported when Flus was hired that Bill Polian had a list of coaches Poles had to pick from.
