Most of America, fast food workers been earning more than $15 and hour since the pandemic. The days of seeing fast food workers making $8.25 an hour is longgggggg gone.

Fast food is trash food. You used to be able to eat trash for cheaper than groceries. Now you can buy a whole rotisserie chicken from Walmart/Publix/ Kroger for $8.99.

Like somebody said, fast food has low margins. Many “restaurants” pay corporate to operate for slim profits.

That's a lot of fast food people around the country right now, pay has increased. Which is why fast food prices are tracking higher than inflation. It has very little to do with inflation and is mainly about corporations passing on increased costs to customers.
