If the bears kept Fields, then Caleb would be the next Mahomes. Since the bears are drafting Caleb, might as well chalk him up to being a bust and Fields going on to be a top 5 QB somewhere else. This is how incompetent the organization is

This man was like, if they trade Fields he's dropping the Bears and becoming a fan of whatever team he goes to. He's already started hating on Caleb Williams daily.
Being a great QB is not only about pure skill/athleticism. Leadership, social skills, being awe-inspiring and all that is equally as important. Caleb feels a bit like Baker, immature and corny. So just like Baker, he might need some time to grow up.
Similar story with the class of Fields, Wilson and Jones, super hyped up coming outta college, but they haven't gained the it-factor.
Some of them are actually trash, while others need time to develop. Obviously hard to tell who is what. Hopefully Chicago can build a solid coaching staff and FO, cause a young immature QB, no matter how much potential he has, can't do shyt without that.
