Cacs making work miserable unappreciation

I have to travel with my co-workers to different locations around the U.S. it's the woat. You get stuck working with them for 8-10 hours then they get upset when you dont want to spend all your free time after work with them. My coworkers will legit be offended when I tell them I have other plans after work.

On our last trip to Boston my boss assigned four rental cars, he deliberately assigned rental cars to everyone but me and the other coworker who never talks to them. They were super saltly when I went and just rented my own car on my own dime so I wouldnt be stuck with them.

They are all married and miserable, so I think the males are slightly salty when we go to these cities and they see me going out having a fun time.

The hiring manager was like there are post work activities that are mandatory, plus the team has to "approve" meaning you can come in do your job to the best of your ability but being social and interacting with your coworkers is mandatory and not doing it could you get you fired.

Nikka I left that interview so fast. Plus they wanted me there from 10-3pm for the interview, I fukking hated it.

How is any of that shyt legal? Once your work schedule is finished you go home. Anything you do outside of that work schedule is outside the scope of your job. Unless they're paying you for overtime you go home. It seems like the boss might be a lonely fakkit with no friends so he has to force his employees to engage in social activities. Pretty fukking pathetic if you ask me.

My youngest sister works at a crazy work place y’all. She started the job in August. The cacs are nosey asf at her job too.

She said that every morning, as soon as she gets in they start asking all these questions, she can barely eat her breakfast without them all in her face. She said she doesn’t like talking first thing in the morning because she’s not in the mood. She’s tried putting on headphones so that they get the clue, but they still kept talking, even tapping on her shoulder to get her attention.

One day she was really not with it and just straight up ignored them when they tried talking to her. So they asked her if everything was okay, etc. and what was wrong and wouldn’t let it go. In effort to keep her job she lied and told them she barely got sleep.

So the next day she just came in earlier so she could eat in peace without them all in her face. Every time she tries to go out to lunch, her boss wants to tag along. She just started bringing her lunch and eating at her desk now—

They started a sharing series where every Thursday they have to share something extremely personal about themselves to everyone else. She said two people were crying last week as they were revealing their personal stories.


And now the newest policy is every Friday they have dance parties and each one of them have to take a turn being a dj... it’s a bunch of old white ladies. Imagine being forced to attend these parties with old cacs dancing all around you. She said she was standing there last week looking like this as the cacs were dancing around her.

One of them said, “why aren’t you dancing, don’t be scurred” and she said she legit wanted to quit in that moment. Told me yesterday that this job is burning her soul.

Commercial HVACR

They give you a phone, truck and credit card. I put less than 1000 miles on my personal whips.

You not clocking in/out and since your an outside contractor doin shyt that no one cares about ( unless it’s directly affecting them ) so for the most part, as long as your good at your job and fix shyt you can come and go as you want. Honestly we work about 6-7 a day for the most part then gtfo

After the apprenticeship 50/hr, full benefits with no out of pocket costs, pension, 10/hr in your 401k, etc...

Been tryin to put nikkas on, no one does it. These white boys and Mexicans on it tho. They whole families and shyt be in it
