Cacs making work miserable unappreciation

Personally, from what I've seen in these types of workplaces, if you're trying to "play the game" ,you basically have to c00n.
I've tried doing that at my old job, but I just couldn't do it anymore. The cacs, Asians, and c00ns were all conspiring against me and it was just screwing with my mental. I even got into an altercation with my supervisor and then he accused me of assault. After that, I saw everyone's true colors.
Not even other black people there can be trusted.

It burns cacs to their core when you’re just on some instead of acting so overly grateful to be in their presence.


I’m very nice and professional, but cacs expect you to be skinnin and grinnin like some type of workplace pet. Since I don’t do the latter, they usually don’t like me at all. I’ve learned to embrace the fact that I intimidate them, but at the same time, finding the right social balance can make work easier in many ways.

I've gotten fired for my refusal to kiss ass or "play da game". I absolutely refuse.
