Yep, what did i say that is so unbelievable you doubt it could be genuine. I dont understand why i should pay a waitress a tip anyway, i dont pay the person at the counter at mcdonalds a tip, and they probably get paid less.....

Having servers have to rely and expect tips its just a way for the restaurant to pay them less and pass the responsibility on to the customer. You dont pay the guy who follows you around in footlocker running up and down grabbing shoes for you a tip? why does a waitress deserve a tip and no one else in front end customer service positions?

At black owned spots, me and my wife make a conscientious effort to tip at least 20%. At non-black spots, it's an even 10-15% based on service. My Uncle usually tips before hand, it's like priming a bartender, they will remember you and hustle. He handed this sista $25 and said take care of us, our drinks never reached half full lol.

Btw the real solution to this problem is for restaurant companies to pay their workers legit wages like the Europeans do.

In Europe Customer service is not even a thing and seeing customer service in America is eye opening to European tourist.

Well then why don't they unionise and campaign for better wages? Why don't we all campaign against their exploitation and demand they are paid better?
