This is a great take, a lot of people aren't taking the time to factor in social media's role in what we're seeing today. I personally believe no one under age 18 should be allowed on any of these platforms.

We've had 2+ decades of corporate interest playing up lazy feminism...men being demonized with women being treated like they can do no wrong.

You have a generation of boys & men who are expected to be men when it serves women's interests (e.g., being providers, protectors) but who are demonized if they have any expectations of women. You still need to be 6', 6-figures, 6-pack while women can be fat, alcoholic messes and still get coddled.

Seeing what happens when women run the dating market unchecked makes me understand why patriarchy is a thing. Having women in their early-to-mid-20s responsible for mate pairing is just a social disaster. I'm not sure how anyone can say otherwise.

Men (on the whole) need counterparts and having a huge chunk of women all thinking and acting like they deserve the top 5-10% of men just for having a vagina destabilizes all of society in a huge way. As does having the same women whore themselves out for those same men. 8 women having the same baby daddy is the extreme of what happens when women are allowed to run the market unfettered.

If you don't pull a good woman early (which is hard to do anyway) it's a wrap. You might have dating success or success w/ casual sex, but in terms of settling down with a woman with anything approaching a traditional past & skillset, it's basically over.

My boy almost got seriously involved with a woman who was a Sugar Baby (basically, an escort). Found out a few months in that ole girl had an account on a Sugar Baby site. He put me on game...advised getting an anonymous profile on Seeking Arrangement to screen who you're talking to. I've seen multiple women I've matched with on the dating apps on there. Brehs are about to wife literal whores out here.

It's bad, and I think society's not going to course-correct away from lazy feminism soon enough to not have women's accountability be a trojan horse for right-wing politics.

Funny thing is I noticed similar things on this site. Male posters who had always seemed okay and rational, had began changing into incellike-weirdos after being posted up in that large KS thread, day after day last year. I kept pointing it out because they seemed so angry and it was just weird. Keep in mind some of them were married and in relationships and still hating other women or wanting them to be held accountable, while they have a whole wife and children at home.

It was very clear they had become radicalized and what no one picked up on is that it didn’t even positively change the behaviors of women for men. Or make things better overall.

Even worse is that since manosphere has become popular, we’ve seen that many men still don’t know how to talk to women, are still dry dikk, and are not faring any better in the dating landscape or in other areas since taking their advice.

It doesn’t translate well offline. It’s simply a huge echo chamber. women and feminism are blamed for everything.

These podcasters and gurus are in it for money, so they don’t care if they’re leading their followers to nowhere fast. It’s up to their followers to recognize that and to not absorb everything they hear.

sadly instead many worship and listen to these men like they are godfathers and don’t see how it’s done nothing to produce tangible results in the areas where these gurus shell out advice in the first place.

You can’t reasonably expect things to change overnight given there are 2 parties involved (men & women). Men are reasserting very reasonable standards, but some women resist. Also, a woman’s past is a big part of a man’s standards, so men are faced with a choice of folding on any standards regarding past promiscuity for companionship, or holding strong/opting out. Sometimes the absence of pairing is proof of the manosphere working.

I’ve seen this personally in my dating. I’ve heard multiple 30+ non-black women mention Kevin Samuels on dates. You can sus out that they were being reckless with their bodies in the past and are also realizing “high value men’s” standards haven’t changed- they just went quiet. White women especially will play up how ready they are to be submissive & play the housewife, but they can’t take those bodies back. And if you’ve done the dabble in red pill that I think is reasonable, quick in and out on concepts rather than making it a crutch or pet of your personality, you peep game.

Personally, I'm ready to not fold & find community and meaning outside of romantic relationships as women have been trained to do via feminism. We're seeing a mirror movement with men. This is also why you see this strain of homophobia from women addressing men's friendships with other men. Women not being at the center of men's social aspirations confuses and scares some women.

I’ve seen what you’ve seen in married men as well, but I’d strike it up to brehs realizing they settled for less than they really want. Case in point, my in shape friend who’s been married for 5 years now slowly applying pressure to his wife to get in shape. That was a pairing I’d never be able to do, but some dudes are realizing their current setup doesn’t really make sense and isn’t “fair” in the most basic sense.
