This is definitely on Reich more than Young. His issue was size, but he was under siege at Bama and was still able to process and throw just fine.
I think Carolina made a mistake in hiring Reich.

Reich has bum qb’s playing above their level as OC but as a head coach he really isn’t that good. They were the definition of MID AF as the Colts which is why I loved the hire as a Texans fan. They just spun their wheels the entire time through the Pagano to Reich era
