This is about the closest player in size historically off the top of my head (5'8" 203 lbs - Barry Sanders)
I mean Cheetah is listed at 5'10 190 and he looks like Derek Henry compared to Bryce

I wouldn't say nothing. Apparently his iq is through the roof, and in college his accuracy was 2nd to noneWhat does it say about the QB class when a 5'10 scronny kid goes 1st overall? Nothing about his game is elite.
Easy to say that when you basically playing on cheat code at Bama. We about to find out if all that was cap or notI wouldn't say nothing. Apparently his iq is through the roof, and in college his accuracy was 2nd to none
CJ Stroud will be a top QB if Houston can protect him from getting hit.Stroud is good or bust. He's looking competent so far.
Panthers have been an ass franchise since Tepper took over. There's a reason they had the #1 pick. The Team is trash. Gonna take time to turn it around, hopefully Bryce ain't in ICU by then.

Their offensive line is hurt but should return soon.
Remains to be seen if Nico Collins is for real. But if he proves reliable, and Robert Woods hangs on and maybe helps to mentor guys like Metchie and Dell, they could have a good foundation.
Problem is, Woods and Schultz are near the end of their careers.
And ideally you’d want Pierce to be a better pass catcher.
As for Bryce Young, he has no talent to grow with. None of the Panthers running backs are true NFL caliber players (Sanders, Hubbard, Blackshear). And the veteran pass catchers are bad or old (Thielen, Chark, Shenault, Hurst). So it’s just Mingo, a very underwhelming Marshall so far, and kick a lot of field goals.
I’m not ready to call Young a bust, but I’ll say it’s difficult to see a path to success. You’ve got a small QB who isn’t a running threat, with a bad running back unit. Underwhelming receivers and a bad defense.
How does anyone see this panning out?

AR is showing the highest ceilingCJ Stroud is showing the highest ceiling.
Bryce Young can be accurate when he has protection. But it's the Carolina Panthers here...
he def in a bad situation, but that's why they had the first pick.
and the fact they don't have a first rounder next year either?
This gon be ugly.
This is the only silver lining so far with this catastrophic bears team, they gon have two top 5 picks
nikka built like freshman CJ McCollumBe built like a freshman point guard breh
Anthony Richardson showed impressive mobility. But the fact is he isn’t throwing the football down the field.AR is showing the highest ceiling

He can but he doesn't trust his arm. He can read the plays, he just runs.Anthony Richardson showed impressive mobility. But the fact is he isn’t throwing the football down the field.
A lot of this is by design. They’re getting creative and getting the ball into Michael Pittman underneath and letting him beat defenders to get yards after the catch.
Long term though, Richardson is not only going to have to show a willingness to throw the football down the field, but accuracy down the field. He could be great. But for now I like CJ Stroud more.
If we start seeing Alec Pierce catching bombs (he’s their deep threat) then that’s a sign the league has been put on notice.
