What was the limitations of analytics in this game?

The Heat shot 15-35 from three in this game (45 points); they went 4-9 from midrange (8 points). Quite obviously the 3 was a greater reason why they won the game. Can't Tatum also get his shot from anywhere too? Both Tatum and Jimmy averaged the exact same amount of midrange shots during the season. What happened in the previous three games where Jimmy only scored 8 points in Game 3, 6 points in Game 4 and 13 points in Game 5 (losing two of the three games)?

Brown and Tatum still seem to favor the 3 more in big moments. But the biggest thing as far as what analytics overlooks is having a point guard (Lowry) who can control the pace. Analytics would favor having a high 3 pt shooting percentage point guard over a floor general. And Jimmy didn’t seem healthy in those prior games.
