It's also not how you raise a strong child

Dude is going to get shytted on

I dunno why you wish that on him

I would not want to be a nepo hire at a job where I'm clearly outclassed at and throw in masculinity being involved in something like sports
Bronny is grown at this point. He probably had no other way make his life long dream a reality. His pop got his foot in the door, but its up to him to maximize his potential. Black men get shytted on everyday, and dont have millions to show for it. The heat everyone in the league will apply to him will either make him tougher or break him, same as us Black men living in the real world. If he flames out and doesnt get another contract so be it, he got his bread, lived his dream, and he can go play video games or whatever he chooses with minimal regrets. Not many Black men can say that.

Westbrooks freshman year in college, 3.4 points, 0.8 assists, 0.7 rebounds.

He was a All Star 4 years later

Bronnys year was better and was recovering from his heart medical procedure
Oh so someone who only got drafted because of his daddy is now going to be Westbrook.

Again, you nikkas are insane. :dead:

How does this compare to other 2nd round contracts?

My ONLY problem with this whole situation is the BLATANT lying. He earned that spot? He earned that contract? Lebron setting his kid up with a roster spot and a 4 year deal is cool, but don’t be acting like he earned that shyt.
So you would rather they say "Yes this is blatant nepotism. He came out the right nutsack. :krs: "? I mean we all know what it is. But it would be stupid for them to say it. This is PR 101. No different than "Its not about the money" after signing a record breaking deal.

It's fascinating to observe the difference between the Knicks and Lakers. The Knicks fanbase has so little time for false idols - they just want a team that's a real deal contender and (maybe more importantly) actually fun to invest time and energy in watching. The Lakers - the far more successful franchise - have been hijacked by an increasingly megalomaniacal star and inherited his stanbase, and are stuck with a product that isn't at all fun to watch and a team where one figure's legacy has supplanted team success as the focus.

Long time Lakers fans have to be in hell.

:russ::russ::russ:
Knicks fans just jealous they not getting those "He has a black family", "He opened a school", "He got his son drafted" banners hung in the rafters:troll:

“Rob and I did not give Bronny anything. Bronny has earned this, right?” Redikk said. “Bronny talks about his hard work, Bronny has earned this through hard work. And for us prioritizing player development, we view Bronny as, like, case study one, because his base level of feel, athleticism, point-of-attack defender, shooting, passing … there’s a lot to like about his game. And as we sort of build out our player development program holistically, he’s going to have a great opportunity to become an excellent NBA player.”
