Rinderrouladen with sweet/sour red cabbage and potatoes!!! MY FAVORITE hearty dish that I usually cook for Christmas as it takes a long time.
Consisting of bacon, onions, mustard and pickles wrapped in thinly sliced beef which is then cooked.
