I was kinda understanding your point but you just lost me again.

You’re conflating coli jokes with how we really feel about the craft of acting.

Im not even up on the acting/theatre field like that, but I came up reading Amiri Baraka and Walter Mosley plays.

Black art has always been highly respected among black people.

Our actors (the ones that was prevelant before they started throwing rappers and singers in movies) are all classically trained.

I suggest you check the resumes of all the black actors from the 80s through 00s, you might learn something new.

yeah, I'm sick of these pretentious posters using this as a reason as to why brit actors are getting historical ados roles. I'll admit, at first I thought it was because they were cheaper, but I'm not sure anymore.
