Imagine being supportive of someone, going through all the "hardships" with them, then once they get what you two were working hard for, they forget about you and start a life with someone else.
Kind of like when men date overweight chicks, help them lose weight, then the chick dumps them after she loses all the weight.
This is called an emotion(this how YOU feel) it dosent make it the truth or reality thoe.

My cousin right now is working 2 jobs since his girlfriend is getting ready to start nursing school. She mad at him because they are struggling even though this nikka is busting his ass working 2 jobs and shyt. She talking about he needs to do more and try and do better himself and shyt. I'm like yall got 2 kids together and he's working 2 jobs to make sure you get yours then he'll get his but you complaining about him not doing better? What the fukk? I told that nikka the fact that he comes home to his 2 kids everyday is more than a lot of nikkaz. Straight disrespectful and shyt. Real bird behavior by her.

You are living in a fantasy world. Most of the dudes out here making $10-$15 an hour are NOT working towards bettering themselves in school. They are in those jobs because those are the jobs they are stuck doing due to their educational level and unskilled labor. These dudes aren't in law school, medical school, or any other type of school.
The only way I would personally date someone working a $10-$15 an hour job is if we were in the same age range and on the same educational level (meaning he's in college working towards his degree and so am I). Otherwise, no (been out of college and professional school for a minute)....I'm established (and married) dating down makes no sense to me.
Let's flip this...
If you ran across an obese chick who was interested in you would you date her and wait for her to lose weight or would you bypass her and chase the woman with the slim waist, perky breast, and phat ass? Which one of these two women are likely to catch your eye and which one would you likely date?
