The sad fact is the cops don't even have to plant evidence.
They been getting off all year with clear proof of murder. The fact is no white grand jury will convicit a white cops for any black male.

Even IF it turned out it wasn't a gun. Judging from the video it looks like dude pointed something at the cop. And if it wasn't they still had a reason to shoot.

Once again, we don't see him pulling a gun. We see him raising his arm, possibly holding an object. From the video there's about as much evidence for him pulling a gun as there is for him holding out his ID.
