A Missouri cop shot and killed a man Tuesday night in St. Louis County, two miles from Ferguson.

• Why didn’t the officer have his emergency lightsconsidering he was speaking to a pair of potential armed robbers, which would have ensured his dash camera would have been turned on and surely have captured the entire incident at close range?
• How did the cop manage to pull out his gun so fastif he was already holding a flashlight in his right hand and the suspect’s alleged gun was pointing at him from point-blank range?
• Why do the cops insist on not showing us the entire footage, claiming it is out of respect for the family when respect for the truth should take a much higher priority, especially in an incident that could lead to more riots?
• Is it possible Martin had pulled out his phone to record the cop trying to illegally search him?
• Is it possible the gun could have been planted as police departments have done in the past to justify shooting unarmed citizens, including recently in New York City?
• Why did police initially describe it as a “routine business check” only to later say the cop was responding to a robbery call, which would normally prompt the use of emergency lights?

Unless they acknowledge he pulled a gun and so the shooting was justified, they're not making any noise. Someone may need to drive over there and see if the entire black population has vanished!

He didn't just pull the shyt out, he extended his arm and advanced toward him, they had a decent sized gap between them and he decided to close it.



IMO the shooting isn't even the problem, it's the fact that he was given camera equipment to protect himself and the citizens from something like this and he didn't use it, that should be his badge, PERIOD, especially considering the social climate in regard to these so called keepers of the peace.

Cops neutralize armed suspects without using lethal force EVERY DAY. It is their job to apprehend and arrest, not play judge, jury, and executioner. Like said they dont give a fuk about witnesses, proof , ect....they just want a dead black person.

He wouldn't need to get closer if it was a phone either. He could have pressed record and stood right there. As for needed to get closer to shoot, it might help if you are untrained which is the case for most shooters in the hood.

By showing what really happened. Protecting himself and the rest of the police force by showing transparency and truth if indeed innocent. Protecting the citizens from further agitation and pain that comes from having to analyze this situation wondering if they are supposed to throw whatever "movements" they have behind someone that might have been dead ass wrong, which would serve to only further invalidate the protesters in the media.
