Why would they have to follow the rules when they created said rules themselves?

To at least appear that they’re doing their job in good faith and not just looking to sabotage everything for their own benefit. How does the U.S. (not Democrats or Republicans but the U.S.) benefit from several important positions not being filled by a permanent choice while these two parties fight over who to confirm. It’s disgusting. I always felt there should be a fourth body they had to answer to if it appeared they were not doing their jobs in good faith and looking to obstruct just because. McConnell would’ve been investigated every month if there was.

US to Canada abortion pipeline is back in business.

Women are gonna get abortions no matter what. Now, they are gonna buy Canadian health cards and go to Canada. This doesn't fix shyt but make it harder on women.

Smdh.

You 6 figure coli brehs should make an app that makes it easy :whoo:, charge these hoes $20 a month for abortion access :win:

As others have said, its human nature - people will keep getting pregnant knowing they don't have the money or interest in raising a child.

Abortions are unpleasant but its just impractical, and in the end petty to make them illegal. All women will do now is cross the border to get it done.

Its a weird debate because in some ways its almost progressive to want equal rights for an unborn, unconscious fetus. At the same time I don't see a lot of the pro life people showing up to protest wars, or against police brutality.

There will be no shame in giving up your baby or parental rights if this really hits the fan…. Millions of kids will be wards of the state

The implications are beyond just abortions rights though.

A major part of Roe v Wade is a question privacy . If Wade gets over turned, privacy rights are in question again. The Fed has been chipping away at privacy rights the Patriot... We're at the point the Fed is saying our Constitution offers almost zero protections to our bodies.

Overturning Roe was unthinkable up until a few years ago because "white women". The Right has had more luck attacking Brown v Board and voting right protections cuz white c*nts don't care about those. The doors are open now.
:mjpls: look like there getting start

With all the problems that are plaguing the country, I fail to see how delegating abortions to be legislated at the state level is a massive issue like this. Live in state where they are legal if that is a concern. There will be lots of them. Or take birth control, which is cheap and/or free; and is readily available. I legit think most of the folks freaking out, that already live in blue states, are like @Orbital-Fetus who don’t know the law and think this means abortions are banned everywhere. They are simply being relegated to the states to legislate, and ultimately the voters of said states. What’s the issue?
If you are a poor single mom in Mississippi or Tennessee how do you have the funds to just up and move to Cali or NY?

Also keep in mind, this doesn't stop at abortion, this will continue to gay marriage (couldn't care less), voting rights, then you can start to peel back civil rights piece by piece.

Bro…Machin and Sinema are from conservative districts. Democrats purge them the voters will just replace them with conservative politicians. Ppl in West Birginia are not trying to hear about Universal Healthcare, abortion rights, climate change, etc. That’s not a common issue in that region. McCain wasn’t purged he died, Romney was still voted into office even as an anti-Trumper because of Utahs general stand off feelings for Trump. Even the governor of Maryland, a blue state, who is a Republican has to govern from the middle first and denounce Trump. And yet, Republicans will still vote for these same moderate Repubs in droves because to them it’s about the *bigger picture*, not purity test.
Most West Virginians actually support pro-worker policies

Manchin consistently votes against his people's best interest. Political strategy is you use your capital and influence and target specific grievances and appeal to those grievances. The same way Republicans use their media apparatuses to hyper focus on a specific region and appeal to their grievances and put all that capital into supporting their opposition, The way the Democratic establishment is mobilizing it's influence behind Shontel Brown over Nina Turner. It's not about flooding them with shyt they don't care about but appeal to them on shyt they do care about and hyper focus on that.

The popular conservative opinion has changed so much that a man that was a Republican primary candidate is now despised because the conscious shift of conservative thought has gotten so radically right. The Mitt Romney's went from the popular standard to the unpopular minority.

Meanwhile on the Democratic side, The unpopular standard and unpopular majority are the makeup of the party, and the response to that is to double down on even more unpopular candidates.

Harris 2024 ya'll.

We struggling as it is and @kevm3 on some, “yeah bring on more kids that we can’t afford” tip..,
:martin:

And the ban would not be for Blacks only..,, white population would increase too, thus ultimately no percent change in demographics.

Dudes actually convincing themselves that a Republican, largely-Trump appointed Supreme Court is doing this because they want to help black people :deadmanny:

And this is somehow going to give black people some kind of demographic advantage. These TLRepublicans are something else man. :bryan:

Amendments wont be struck down :heh: they are codified and ratified by the states
:dahell: Why do you think the Republicans have been working hard to create a super majority in state legislatures all over the country
